Our offices have been in the charming town of Green Cove Springs since 1981, when the growth exploded outward from Jacksonville. Our agents come from all walks of life- some lifetime residents of this beautiful town we call home, and some world travelers.
We are all lucky to live, work and play in an area with such history, charm and beauty. From the banks of the St. Johns River, to the coastline of the Atlantic, and every curve of the intercoastal waterway- we have no shortage of sights to see.
This laid-back community has maintained the heart of a small town with its uncrowded waterways & beaches, unique historic feel, and emphasis on family, nature and community. We have all the beauty of South Florida, with the charm of South Georgia, wrapped into an undiscovered paradise.
While we service all of North Florida, our offices are in Green Cove Springs. We are centrally located between Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Gainesville.
